Global Offshore Services Reappoints Faisy Viju As Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Global Offshore Services Limited has reappointed Faisy Viju as the Independent Director with effect from January 10, 2025. The said appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Viju is certified in administering extended DISC, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Transactional Analysis (TAO1), and Enneagram. These certifications support her work in human behaviour, communication, and organisational development, which she applies to assist individuals and organisations in reaching their objectives. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a Master’s in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law College, Pune University, India, and a Bachelor of Arts from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, India.
