Five Independent Directors Of Bharat Electronics Retire

Dr. Parthasarathi P. V., Mansukhbhai Shamjibhai Khachariya, Dr. Santhoshkumar N., Prafulla Kumar Choudhury, and Dr. Shiv Nath Yadav ceased to be the Independent Directors of Bharat Electronics Limited w.e.f. December 28, 2024.

Dr. Parthasarathi holds a postgraduate degree in Dental Sciences and is the Managing Director of Partha Dental Care India Pvt. Ltd. & Partha Cosmetology Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. He is a practicing specialist dental surgeon in paediatric dentistry and has around 15 years of professional experience in the field.

Mansukhbhai Khachariya is a science graduate and a business entrepreneur in Rajkot, Gujarat. He is presently holding the post of BJP Rajkot District President. He is also a Director on the Board of Classic Cotton Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot.

Santhoshkumar holds a degree in Master of Technology (MTech in Mechanical Engineering) and a doctorate (PhD in Mechanical Engineering) and has a rich experience of around 34 years in the engineering, research, and administration fields. He retired as Professor & Dean (UG) at NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, Kerala, in 2020. Presently, he is associated as Registrar with the Central University of Kerala.

Prafulla Choudhury is a Chartered Accountant and Partner in K.D. Lath & Co., Bhubaneswar, Orissa, and has a wide professional experience of more than 35 years in the areas of Auditing, Taxation, Financial Services, Company Law Matters, Societies & Trusts, etc.

Dr. Yadav holds a degree in Master of Arts, Law, and a Doctorate (PhD). He is a retired professor from DAV Degree College and is based in Varanasi, India.
