Krutika Mohan Rane Joins Brooks Laboratories As Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Brooks Laboratories Limited has approved the appointment of Krutika Mohan Rane as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from December 26, 2024.

Rane is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She holds the necessary qualifications and skills in secretarial compliance. Rane is also a law graduate and has gained practical experience in corporate law and listing regulations through various assignments.
