Natarajan Srinivasan Retires As Independent Director Of CAMS

Natarajan Srinivasan ceased to be the Independent Director of Computer Age Management Services Limited with effect from December 16, 2024. He conveyed his desire not to seek reappointment as Independent Director of the company for the second term.

Srinivasan is a member of both the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries and the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has over 35 years of corporate work experience in a variety of roles, including general management, finance, legal, and projects. Additionally, he has been named to the Board of Infrastructure & Leasing Financial Services Limited by the government of India.
