Alexander Poempner Appointed As GMM Pfaudler’s Group CFO

Alexander Poempner has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of GMM Pfaudler Limited, effective from February 7, 2025.

Manish Poddar will step down from the position of Chief Financial Officer on February 7, 2025.
Poempner has over 25 years of experience in finance and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), working with various private equity portfolio companies. He previously held the position of CFO at Vision Ophthalmology Group and BBI Group. Earlier in his career, he worked with organisations such as Azelis, a chemical distributor, and Mauser, an industrial packaging manufacturer, in roles across Europe and Asia. He holds an MBA from the University of Cologne, Germany, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
