Amrit Singh And R. Janakiraman Resign From Navin Fluorine To Pursue New Opportunities
Amrit Singh, CEO of speciality business at Navin Fluorine International Limited, has tendered his resignation effective February 10, 2025, to pursue interests outside the company.
Going forward, Nitin G. Kulkarni, Managing Director, will directly oversee the speciality business with the assistance of relevant team members.
R. Janakiraman, Chief Supply Chain Officer, has tendered his resignation effective from December 31, 2024, to pursue interests outside the company.
Singh is a chemical engineer who specialises in speciality chemical intermediates and was awarded the President’s Gold Medal. He has managed cross-functional teams and spearheaded international collaborations in performance chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture. He has worked on FMCG and agrochemical rollouts and has experience in both Europe and Southeast Asia. Among his technical interests are formulation technology, flow reactors, process safety, and fluorination technology.
Janakiraman is a mechanical engineer who has worked in the food, agrochemical, speciality chemical, and paint sectors. He holds an MBA in supply chain management. He has experience working with companies including Alfa Laval, Asian Paints, Cadbury’s, H. J. Heinz, and UPL, with an emphasis on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement. He has been all over the world for work, spending three years in China, which has given him invaluable multicultural exposure. He has supported digital transformation initiatives, managed intricate procurement processes, and worked on acquisitions, sustainability, and logistics projects over the years.
