EIH Appoints Peter James Holland Riley As Independent Director

The Board of Directors of EIH Limited has appointed Peter James Holland Riley as an Additional Director under the category of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from December 12, 2024, for a term of five years. Subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

Peter James Holland Riley holds a degree in Geography from Durham University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) in 1985. He has over 30 years of experience as a key figure in senior management of the Jardine Matheson Group. Riley was Group Chief Executive Officer of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from 2016 to 2023
