Colliers UK Appoints John Munday As CEO

Colliers has appointed John Munday as the next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its UK business, effective March 3, 2025.

Munday, with 30 years of industry experience, joined the firm in 2022 as co-head of project and building consultancy following a strategic partnership with Paragon. In his new role, Munday succeeds Tony Horrell, who is retiring after 14 years. Horrell said he was confident in Munday’s ability to lead, pointing out his proven track record of accelerating growth and improving client services.

In his statement, Munday conveyed his excitement for the future and his dedication to finding creative ways to position Colliers for sustained success. Horrell will continue to serve as the company’s Non-Executive Chairman and support its activities in the UK and Ireland.
