Anand Raghavan Steps Down As Independent Director Of Muthoot Microfin

Anand Raghavan has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of Muthoot Microfin Limited due to health-related issues, with effect from December 2, 2024.

Raghavan has over 30 years of experience in the field of finance. He was previously associated with Ernst and Young as a partner and Sundaram Finance Ltd. as vice president of corporate affairs. He was also a member of the committee on the functioning of asset reconstruction companies and the committee for a revival of MSMEs in Tamil Nadu. Raghavan holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Madras. He is also a practicing chartered accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
