Nitin Misra Resigned As Company Secretary Of Kamdhenu Colour And Kamdhenu Ventures

Nitin Misra, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Kamdhenu Ventures Limited, has tendered his resignation from the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Kamdhenu Colour and Coatings Limited, w.e.f. November 30, 2024, to pursue career opportunities outside the organisation.

Before this, Misra was in the position of AGM Legal at Kamdhenu Limited. He is a Fellow CS (company law) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a degree in LLB (law) from the University of Allahabad.
