HDFC Bank Appoints Santhosh Iyengar Keshavan As Independent Director

The Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited has approved the appointment of Santhosh Iyengar Keshavan as an Additional (Independent) Director with effect from November 18, 2024.

Keshavan is a strategic executive with 30 years of global business and technology experience in the financial industry. Currently, he is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of NASDAQ listed Voya Financial Inc. Keshavan is an expert in enterprise technology, cyber security, operations, customer experience, strategic planning, vendor management, financial analysis, and overall risk management. He has a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Mysore and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems from the University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB).
