Cipla’s Independent Director Punita Lal Retired

Punita Lal completed her term as an Independent Director of Cipla Limited on November 12, 2024.

Punita Lal has 30 years of experience. As a senior business executive, she has received numerous awards, including being named one of India’s Top 20 Businesswomen by Business Today in 2006 and Corporate Woman of the Year by the FICCI Women’s Organisation in 2009. She currently works as an independent strategy and marketing consultant. She holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from St Stephen’s College in Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta).
