PTC India Financial Services Appoints Manohar Balwani As Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of PTC India Financial Services Limited has approved the appointment of Manohar Balwani as Company Secretary Designate. He would take over as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) w.e.f. December 1, 2024.

Manohar Balwani is a CS & CWA and carries an experience of 39 years. Previously, he has served as Executive Director and Company Secretary with Power Finance Corporation Limited, General Manager & Company Secretary with MMTC Limited, and Senior Accounts Officer with Paradeep Phosphates Limited. He has a B.Com. from Delhi University (DU), an M.Com. from Kota Open University, and is a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
