Max Financial Services’ Independent Director Gauri Padmanabhan Has Resigned

Max Financial Services Limited, in its Board Meeting on October 22, 2024, accepted the resignation of Gauri Padmanabhan as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 31, 2024. Padmanabhan has decided to step down due to personal matters that have required her full attention over the past few months and are expected to continue in the foreseeable future.

Padmanabhan is a Leadership Advisory expert and serves as an Independent Director for several companies. Until December 2022, she was a Global Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, where she oversaw the Education & Life Sciences Practices and led the CEO & Board and Consumer Markets Practices. Joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2000, she played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s business in India. Earlier in her career, she also worked with various multinational companies.
