Pallavi Shardul Shroff Completed Her Term As Independent Director Of PVR Inox

Pallavi Shardul Shroff ceased to be an Independent Director of PVR Inox Limited upon completion of her tenure on October 21, 2024.

Pallavi Shardul Shroff is the Managing Partner of India’s top legal practice, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. With more than four decades of expertise, she is an extremely skilled litigator in conflicts. She has gained recognition both domestically and internationally for the representation of a variety of domestic and foreign clients before national courts, the Supreme Court of India, tribunals, and legal institutions. She has also managed arbitrations under the SIAC, LCIA, and ICC rules, both domestically and internationally. She was a member of the SIAC governing board prior to serving as an alternate member from India at the ICC Court of Arbitrations. She is also a member of the Mumbai International Arbitration Centre’s governing body. Currently, she is a member of the Government of India’s Digital Competition Law committee. She has received recognition and numerous honours from both domestic and foreign organisations.
