RBL Bank Reappoints Ranjana Agarwal As Independent Director

The Board of Directors of RBL Bank Limited has approved the reappointment of Ranjana Agarwal as Non-Executive Independent Director for three years with effect from November 30, 2024. The bank would be seeking the approval of the members of the bank for the same.

Ranjana Agarwal has served as an Independent Director of the bank since November 2019. She formed Vaish & Associates, Chartered Accountants, in 1985, with a focus on auditing, taxation, succession planning, and business valuation. She worked as a senior partner at Deloitte Haskins & Sells until 2000. She serves on the Boards of many publicly traded firms and chairs key committees. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) degree and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
