The Board Of Hindalco Industries Appoints Sameer Nayak And Senthil Nath As SMPs

The Board of Directors of Hindalco Industries Limited has approved the additions to the Senior Management Personnel (SMP), Sameer Nayak (Cluster Head- Renukoot Unit and Renusagar Unit), and Senthil Nath (Unit Head- Mahan Aluminium) with effect from December 1, 2024. Nagesh Narisetty, Head, Renukoot Cluster and SMP, will be moving out due to superannuation with effect from November 30, 2024.

Sameer is a mechanical engineer by qualification, through the Group Manufacturing Leadership Program at Mahan Aluminium. He has worked in multiple roles across Hindalco in power plant operations & maintenance and unit leadership. He has made significant contributions to the business across the company’s operations, including production volume, productivity and purity at Aditya Aluminium.

Senthil is a metallurgy engineer by qualification and has over two decades of experience. He joined ABG in Renukoot, and he has worked in multiple roles in the Renukoot Cluster, including as Plant Head Smelter and in Unit Leadership. Senthil was the recipient of the Chairman’s Exceptional Contributor Award in 2018.
