DCW’s CMD Pramod Kumar Jain Named As Chairman Emeritus; MD Bakul Jain As Chairman

The Board of Directors of DCW Limited on October 17, 2024 has approved the resignation of Pramod Kumar Jain as the Chairman and Managing Director (MD) w.e.f. October 31, 2024, and the Board has appointed Jain as Chairman Emeritus w.e.f. November 1, 2024.

The Board of the company has approved the appointment of Bakul Jain, MD, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors w.e.f. November 1, 2024.

Ashish Jain was appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of MD of the Company for three years w.e.f. November 1, 2024. Subject to the approval of shareholders.

Sonalika Jain has been appointed as President (Senior Management Personnel).

Ashish Jain has over 29 years of experience. He currently manages the company’s soda ash business and is actively involved in its overall management. He joined the organisation in 1995 and is currently Senior President. He holds an MBA degree from New Port University.

Sonalika Jain has over 22 years of experience in leadership positions, including President and Executive Director. She has led operations, product development, marketing, and distribution, resulting in increased profitability and efficiency. She has also led digital transformation initiatives, coached senior management, and helped to improve leadership qualities throughout the organisation.
