Independent Director Mukund Chitale Has Retired From Atul’s Board

Mukund Chitale completed his term as an Independent Director of Atul Limited and ceased to be a Director of the company with effect from October 16, 2024.

Mukund Chitale is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is the founder of Mukund M. Chitale & Co. and has 49 years of experience. He was President of ICAI and Chairman of the former National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards. He is recognised as an accounting and auditing specialist in India. He has served on several committees established by the Central Vigilance Commission, the Government of India, the International Federation of Accountants, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
