Gunjan Tilak Raj Soni Resigned As Independent Director of Zomato

Gunjan Tilak Raj Soni has tendered her resignation as Independent Director of Zomato Limited with effect from October 11, 2024, due to increased work commitments. Consequently, she shall also cease to be a member of the risk management committee and corporate social responsibility committee of the company.

Gunjan Tilak Raj Soni is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zalora Group. She has held major positions at Myntra Jabong India, Star India, and McKinsey & Company, Inc. She has a bachelor’s degree from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, and a postgraduate diploma in business management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
