Non-Executive Independent Director And Chairperson Of CSB Bank, Bhama Krishnamurthy Retires

Bhama Krishnamurthy completed her tenure as Non-Executive Chairperson and her second term as Non-Executive Independent Director of CSB Bank Limited on September 28, 2024. Accordingly, Krishnamurthy ceased to hold both positions with effect from September 29, 2024.

Krishnamurthy has more than four decades of experience in financial services. She is on the Board of Directors for various companies, including Five-Star Business Finance Ltd. She has previously served on the Boards of Ashv Finance Ltd., Reliance Payment Solutions Ltd., Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd., and IDBI Capital Markets and Securities Ltd. Bhama was also the Chief General Manager of the Small Industries Development Bank of India. She holds a Master of Science degree from Mumbai University.
