Deepa Verma Completes Her Final Term As Independent Director Of Relaxo Footwears

Deepa Verma has completed her second and final term as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Relaxo Footwears Limited and accordingly has ceased to be the Director of the company w.e.f. September 17, 2024.

Verma has over three decades of experience. She has been associated with the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies since its inception, serving in various roles such as Director of the NCR region; Vice President of Academic Affairs; and currently overseeing Institutional Affairs and Human Resources. Her educational background includes a B.Sc., LL.B., M.A. in psychology, and a Diploma in Educational Guidance & Counselling.
