ZF Steering’s Independent Director S.A. Gundecha To Retire

The second term of S.A. Gundecha as an Independent Director of ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited ends on September 14, 2024.

Gundecha is a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and he is a practicing advocate. For the last three decades, he has been associated with the top automobile companies, and he has working experience in the fields of financial matters, legal matters, and taxation.
