Paisalo Digital Appoints Retired IAS Dr. Dharmendra Singh Gangwar as Independent Director

The shareholders of Paisalo Digital Limited passed resolutions via postal ballot through electronic means on August 30, 2024, appointing Dr. Dharmendra Singh Gangwar as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.

Dr. Gangwar, a recently retired Indian Administrative Service Officer, brings over 36 years of diverse leadership experience in senior policy formulation and implementation roles within the Government of India, various state governments, and public sector enterprises. His expertise in finance includes serving as Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser (CFO) in the Ministries of Health and Family Welfare, Culture, and Tourism, as well as Principal Secretary of Finance in the Government of Bihar. Dr. Gangwar’s career began as a trainee probationer in the IRS (Customs and Central Excise Service Group A) in 1987-88. He is known for his high-impact leadership, strategic thinking, policy governance, risk management, and expertise in the public health and medical professions.
