Amruta Ashok Tarale is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICSI) with more than eight years of corporate experience as a key managerial person. She is handling the listing compliances for the company listed with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to ensure corporate governance is promoted and maintained so that the company operates efficiently and in accordance with all statutory and legal provisions. Currently working as a key managerial person for Bemco Hydraulics Ltd.

Matada Shivalinga Swamy has over 25 years of experience working in the banking sector. He is the retired general manager of Davangere Harihar Urban Co-Op Bank Ltd.
