Dr Pranav C. Mehta has been appointed as an Independent Director of Max Healthcare Institute Limited with effect from August 26, 2024.

A senior healthcare executive and thought leader, Dr. Pranav C. Mehta has led large-scale, integrated health systems and implemented revolutionary transformation in a variety of healthcare companies. Dr. Mehta is a clinical and business savvy specialist who specialises in improving patient outcomes through data-driven strategies and creative solutions. She also excels in operational excellence and strategic vision. At HCA Healthcare, Dr. Mehta is currently the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for the American and Atlantic Groups, where he is in charge of a large portfolio of 140 hospitals in the United States and the United Kingdom. With several board certifications and a Physician Executive MBA, Dr. Mehta is well-known for his contributions to the quality and safety of healthcare. In keeping with his dedication to promoting healthcare quality and equity, he is also a Thomas C. Dolan Executive Diversity Program Scholar and a Fellow of the Nashville Health Care Council.
