Two Independent Directors of Infibeam Avenues have Retired
Roopkishan Sohanlal Dave and Keyoor Madhusudan Bakshi have retired as an Independent Director from Infibeam avenues Limited as they completed their term on August 24, 2024.
Roopkishan Dave serves as a representative on the advisory committees of several government agencies and organisations that address catastrophe risk reduction, skill development, and capacity building in relation to climate change. He is also a member of the “Expert Committee” on Future Alert and Warning System established by the National Academies of Sciences, USA, served in a variety of capacities as a civil servant for the federal and state governments. His more than four decades of experience spans the fields of automation and control systems, climate adaptation, spectrum management, information and communication technology (ICT), and disaster risk management. Dave holds a Ph.D. in disaster management in addition to his B.E. in electronics and communication, M.B.A., and M.Sc. in health science.
Keyoor Bakshi is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). In addition, he completed his Bachelor of Law (LLB) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has almost four decades of experience in management, finance, and corporate law. Since 1991, he has also worked as a practicing company secretary, providing expert services to numerous businesses. His areas of competence include due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, corporate governance, corporate and securities compliance management, public offers of securities, and appearances before SEBI, the Securities Appellate Tribunal, the Company Law Board, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal. In addition, he presided over the International Federation of Company Secretaries (which subsequently amalgamated with the Corporate Secretaries International Association) in 2009–10 and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2008–09.
