Narasimhan Srinivasan, Independent Director of Equitas Small Finance to resign

Narasimhan Srinivasan has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited with effect from July 26, 2024, due to personal commitments.

Srinivasan holds a Master of Arts degree with a focus on economics and is an Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has served as the Chief General Manager at NABARD and Director at Belstar Microfinance and Sahayog Microfinance. He authored the “Micro Finance India: State of the Sector Report.”
