Suzuki’s Kinji Saito Joined As Independent Director of Escorts Kubota

Kinji Saito was appointed as an Independent Director by the Shareholder of Escorts Kubota Limited on July 18, 2024. He replaced Kenichiro Toyofuku, who resigned due to his preoccupation with other professional assignments.

Kinji Saito aged about 65, joined Suzuki Motor Corporation in 1981 and has been working for Suzuki for almost 43 years in various management positions. He has versatile experience in his field. In the year 2022, he became the Director and Senior Managing Officer, responsible for Global Automobile Marketing, Officer in charge of Global Automobile Marketing, Marine Operations, and Motorcycle Operations at Suzuki Motor Corporation. Further, in the year 2024, he was also elevated to a position of Director & Senior Managing Officer, Global Marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Hiroshima University School of Economics.
