Manoj Sundar Chayani Appointed as CFO of Bank of Baroda

The Bank of Baroda has announced to the stock exchange that Manoj Sundar Chayani has been named as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank with effect from June 21, 2024. He replaced Ian Gerard Desouza, who resigned to pursue other opportunities outside of the bank.

Chayani, 53, joined the bank in 2005. He has approximately 19 years’ experience working in the bank. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and ICWA with a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He has considerable experience working in the area of financial and credit operations.
