Insecticides Reappoints Rajesh Aggarwal as MD, Two Independent Directors Retire

The Board of Directors of Insecticides (India) Limited has approved the reappointment of Rajesh Kumar Aggarwal as Managing Director for five years, with effect from November 15, 2024. Subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

Additionally, the Board acknowledged the forthcoming retirement of Virjesh Kumar Gupta and Navin Shah, effective May 30, 2024, upon the conclusion of their second consecutive term as Independent Directors. Their tenure, spanning from May 31, 2019, to May 30, 2024, will come to an end.

Rajesh Kumar Aggarwal has been instrumental in the growth of Insecticides (India) Limited as a promoter since its inception in 1996, with commercial operations commencing in 2002. Possessing extensive experience in the agro-chemical industry encompassing marketing, manufacturing, and administration, Aggarwal has contributed significantly to the company’s success. His proficiency in marketing strategy, business process improvement, pricing, and more has been invaluable. Appointed as Managing Director in 2006, he continues to play a pivotal role in formulating and executing business strategies. Aggarwal holds a degree in commerce.
