Ganesh Srinivasan Appointed as President – T & D of KEC International

KEC International Limited informed the stock exchange about the appointment of Ganesh Srinivasan as President, T&D, with effect from April 18, 2024. He will lead the global T&D business for the company.

Ganesh Srinivasan has 25 years of experience and joined KEC International from Tata Power, where he was the Chief Executive Officer of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited. Prior to that, he has worked in various leadership capacities with Tata Power, McKinsey & Company, and Cummins Inc. He spearheaded strategy, operations, transformation, and organisational development in various roles. He is a regular speaker at industry forums and seminars where he champions the cause of developing ‘Utilities of the Future’ with sustainability and strategic planning at its core. He has pursued an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad; a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University; and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.

Furthermore, the company announced the change in structure and reporting matrix. Rakesh Kumar Gaur, CEO, SAE & ED (Africa and CIS), Sanjeev Agarwal, Executive Director, International T&D, and Rajinder Gupta, SVP & Business Head (T&D) for India and Sri Lanka, ceased to be Senior Management Personnel (SMP).
