Tata Technologies Reappoints Ajoyendra Mukherjee as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Tata Technologies Limited has approved the reappointment of Ajoyendra Mukherjee as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years with effect from March 29, 2024. Subject to approval of the shareholders.

Ajoyendra Mukherjee was previously associated with Tata Consultancy Services for almost four decades, where he held positions such as the Head of Business Operations in Eastern India, Middle East and Africa, Switzerland. He also served as the Global Head of CSR function, Energy and Utilities Practise and Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical and electronics) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
