Gulshan Polyols Appoints Archisha Tyagi as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Gulshan Polyols Limited has approved the appointment of Archisha Tyagi as Compliance Officer of the company, with effect from February 29, 2024.

Archisha Tyagi is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and law. Tyagi has more than 6 years of work experience with reputable companies in the area of corporate secretarial and related compliance. She started her career with Indian Peroxide and also worked with Indo Count Industries as Company Secretary.
