Automotive Axles’s Independent Director Shalini Sarin Retired

Shalini Sarin, Non-Executive Independent Director of Automotive Axles Limited, has completed her tenure and ceased to be an Independent Director with effect from February 12, 2024.

Shalini Sarin has more than three decades of experience in the corporate world. She started her career as a retainer consultant at PwC India. Prior to joining the Automotive Axles, Sarin has worked with the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon as an Academic Advisory Committee member, the Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE) as an Advisor, the Signify Foundation as Chair, Philips Lighting as Sr. VP Global Human Resources, Schneider Electric as CHRO Greater India Zone, Cairn India (a subsidiary of Cairn Energy Plc UK) as Head of HR, Godfrey Phillips India (a subsidiary of Phillip Morris Inc) as GM Human Resources, and Motorola Solutions as Retainer Consultant. Currently, she is on the Boards of Kirloskar Ferrous, ISMT Limited, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Head Held High Foundation, Plaksha University, and Linde India. She completed her Sustainable Business Strategy programme from Harvard Business School, the Advance Human Resource Executive Programme from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, her PhD in Organisation Culture and Behaviour from Jamia Millia Islamia, and INSEAD.
