Bajaj Finance’s Executive Director Rakesh Bhatt Resigns

Bajaj Finance Limited had intimated to the regulators filing about the resignation of Rakesh Bhatt as an Executive Director with effect from January 31, 2024, due to a new career opportunity outside of the Company.

Rakesh Bhatt has joined Bajaj Finance Limited as Chief Operating Officer. Bhatt advanced his role as an Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. He has also worked with AIG Consumer Finance Group as CIO, 3i Infotech as DGM – Banking Products, Apnaloan as Head- Product Development & Project, GE Capital as Project Manager, and Reliance Industries Limited as Project leader. He has completed his Masters in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Science from Gujarat University, and holds Bachelor of Science, physics from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
