Radhika Shah Appointed Legal head at Sanofi India

Sanofi India Limited has informed the exchanges that Company Secretary Radhika Shah will assume the additional responsibility of Head of Legal in addition to her existing role, with effect from January 15, 2024.

Radhika Shah, Company Secretary, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has over 20 years of experience in Legal and Corporate Secretarial fields. Shah has spearheaded the Corporate Secretarial and Compliance functions, including handling Corporate Governance matters. Prior to Sanofi, she worked with Asian Paints and the Reliance Group. Since joining Sanofi, she has played a key role in leading the Corporate Secretarial function, governance, and legal restructuring matters of the listed entity and has worked with the Board of Directors and committees. She has also led the implementation and reporting of ESG for the listed entity. She has led the legal demerger of the Consumer Healthcare Business, currently subject to legal approval. She has been part of the India Leadership Team and partnered closely with leadership and the Board to support the successful implementation of the business strategy.
