The Company Secretary Of Sequent Scientific Krunal Shah Has Resigned

Krunal Shah has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Sequent Scientific Limited due to personal reasons, with effect from February 15, 2024.

Before joining Sequent Scientific, Kual Shah served as the Senior Manager-Legal and Company Secretary at Prime Urban Development India Limited. Additionally, he held the position of Company Secretary at various companies, including Amar Chitra Katha Private, Grevek Investments and Finance Private Limited, and Cenzer Industries Limited. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and pursued studies in the Company Secretary and legal field at St. Sebastian Goan High School.
