Deepak Chadda Appointed as Company Secretary of Indiabulls Enterprises

The Board of Directors of Indiabulls Enterprises Limited has approved the appointment of Deepak Chadda as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from November 23, 2023. He replaced Akhilendra Bahadur Singh, who resigned on November 23, 2023, due to personal reasons.

Deepak Chadda is a Company Secretary, member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and has five years of experience in corporate secretarial work, SEBI Listing Regulations, and other compliance matters related to corporate governance. Chadda is well-versed in areas like Fundraising, Preferential Issue, ESOP allotments, Buy-back, and Private-equity. He has an understanding of Corporate Law, SEBI Law, SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI ICDR Regulations, SEBI Takeover and Insider Trading Regulations, FEMA guidelines, and other corporate laws.
