Sarang Deshpande Appointed Company Secretary of Quick Heal Technologies

Sarang Deshpande has been appointed as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of Quick Heal with effect from October 26, 2023. While Vikram Dhanani is appointed as the compliance officer of the company, with effect from October 26, 2023.

Sarang Deshpande has more than 18 years of experience in the fields of secretarial, legal, and compliance for listed and unlisted companies, and he is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has a Bachelor of Legislative Law (LL.B.) and a Master of Commerce (M.Com.).

Vikram Dhanani has 14 years of experience in the fields of secretarial, legal, compliance, insurance, finance, and risk. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has completed a Diploma in International Investment Compliance (CISI, UK) and ICWAI Inter.
