Cupid Limited Appoints Kuldeep Halwasiya as Chairman

Cupid Limited’s Board of Directors has approved Kuldeep Halwasiya as an Additional Director and Chairman, Aditya Halwasiya as an Additional Director and Managing Director, and Rajinder Singh Loona as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent). Additionally, Thallapaka Venkateswara Rao, Rajni Mishra, and Omprakash Garg were redesignated to Additional Directors (Non-Executive and Independent) and Executive Directors, respectively.

Kuldeep Halwasiya, aged 59, has nearly four decades of experience in the petrochemical industry, especially petroleum specialty oils. He is the promoter and CMD of Columbia Petro Chem Private Limited (CPCPL) and also a Director of Universal Petro Chemicals Limited and a few other companies. By setting high standards of quality, stringent quality control measures, and testing facilities to ensure that the end product meets the specifications, he has taken CPCPL to greater heights. Today, Columbia Petro Chem Pvt. Ltd. boasts production facilities for producing specialised oils, with an installed capacity of 4 lakhs KLPA at the locations in Taloja, MIDC, Maharashtra, and Silvassa (Union Territory).
