Shib Sanker Mukherji resigns as Chairman & Director of EIH Associated Hotels

Shib Sanker Mukherji has resigned from the office of Chairman and Director of EIH Associated Hotels Limited with effect from October 10, 2023, due to personal reasons.

Mukherji has nearly 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He joined the Board as a Director on October 7, 1988, and became the Managing Director of EIH Associated Hotels on June 23, 2000. He stepped down as Managing Director on June 22, 2005, and has been a Director of the Company since then. He’s a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed an Advanced Management Programme at Harvard University in the United States.
