Prachi Deshpande Resigns from Bombay Rayon Fashions

Prachi Deshpande resigned from the post of Whole Time Director, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Bombay Rayon Fashions Limited on September 14, 2023. Deshpande an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has 19 years of experience in Legal and Secretarial Matters. She has been with the Bombay Rayon for over 15 years, overseeing the Secretarial and Legal departments and managing relationships with bankers and investors. She played a key role in raising funds through both equity and debt for the company. Moreover, from her previous job, she has experience in handling litigations. She also has a bachelor’s degree in law.
