LTIMindtree Company Secretary Tridib Barat resigns

LTIMindtree Limited announced the resignation of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Tridib Barat with effect from closing the business hours from 31st August 2023.

Tridib Barat has over 30 years’ rich experience in the corporate secretarial functions of large listed Indian companies, including overall group roles for multiple listed entities. He has experience in handling IPO, corporate restructuring, takeover, amalgamation, and corporate actions such as, open offer, buy-back, etc. He is a law graduate.
