General Bikram Singh retires as the Independent Director of Apollo Tyres

Apollo Tyres Limited announced the retirement of Independent Director General Bikram Singh on 10th August 2023. He led the Indian Army until 2014. He held a variety of roles in India and abroad during his adventurous and distinguished military career spanning over 42 years. General Singh was Chief of Eastern Command and General Officer Commanding of the Chinar Corps in Kashmir Valley before becoming Chief of Army Staff. He improved the Indian Army’s responsiveness, potency, accountability, and relevance during his stint as Chief of the Indian Army.
