ESAB India Ltd appointed B Mohan as Additional Director

B Mohan is appointed as the Additional Director of ESAB India Ltd on 20th June 2023. Mohan has been part of ESAB since 2005, as CFO of the Company. He began his career with AF Ferguson and Associates in Mumbai, where he handled statutory audits for major corporations such as Tata Steel, Hindustan Unilever, and General Electric’s operations. He moved to Wipro in Bangalore and served as divisional finance leader across different Wipro IT businesses. B Mohan earned his Chartered Accountancy in 1986  after his graduation in 1985. He is additionally a licensed Company Secretary.
