MCA will hold consultations with stakeholders on issues related to MCA21 portal

Manoj Govil, the secretary of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on Sunday tweeted about MCA21. Govil said that the consultations will be held by the stakeholders on related issues at the MCA21 portal in Chennai and Hyderabad in the coming week.

The ministry’s decision comes as stakeholders face a variety of challenges with the website, which is the main means for submitting legal filings under the provisions of the Companies Act. The ministry stated in a series of tweets on Sunday that the secretary will meet stakeholders in Chennai on June 20 and Hyderabad on June 21.

Filings under the Companies Act and the Limited Liability Partnership Act are submitted to the ministry via the MCA21 site.
