Kamal Kishore Chatiwal is appointed as the MD of Indraprastha Gas Ltd

Indraprastha Gas Ltd has appointed Kamal Kishore Chatiwal as the new Managing Director on 15th June 2023. Kamal Kishore Chatiwal has assumed control from Sanjay Kumar.Chatiwal joined GAIL (India) Ltd in 1990 and prior to joining IGL as Managing Director he was working as Executive Director (O&M) & Head of Zonal Marketing, Jaipur.

Chatiwal holds a B. Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Delhi, and boasts over 32 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Sector, with a special focus on Project Execution and Commissioning of large-scale Petrochemical projects. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the Operation & Maintenance of Gas Processing units, Natural Gas Compressor Station, and Cross-Country LPG Pipeline. He has acquired Management & Leadership knowledge through Executive Management program from IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Lucknow, and ISB-Hyderabad.
