Rajesh Exports fails to file the auditor report

The failure of Rajesh Exports to file an auditor’s report alongside its audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2023 has raised suspicions on Dalal Street.

According to a senior corporate official, the lack of the audit report submission was ‘inadvertent,’ but the company is ready to submit it if exchanges request it. According to PL Venkatadri, partner at BSD & Co, Rajesh Exports’ statutory auditor, the firm has signed and delivered the audit report but is unsure whether the company has filed it with the results to stock markets.
