Bharat B. Chovatia, the Independent Director of GTPL Hathway Ltd, sadly passed away on June 5, 2023. Bharat held Bachelor’s degrees in commerce and law and was a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With over 41 years of experience, he possessed extensive expertise in accounting, specialising in Direct Taxation, International Taxation, Auditing, and Assurance. Bharat had a keen interest in financial investment and the diagnosis of corporate business. His valuable contributions and knowledge will be deeply missed by GTPL Hathway Ltd.
